two different y axis scales for a single line chart?

Just curious if there's a way to do this easily - for instance have a plot of temperature and show F on the left Y axis and C on the right axis with a single plot of points/line on the chart itself. I looks like there's just the primary and secondary axis noted but I don't see a way of splitting scale/labels between left and right sides of the graph to do something like this unless I'm overlooking it.
