IE 11 Compatibility View issue

Every think works perfectly on Firefox, Chrome, Edge, but on IE 11 with Compatibility View check it does not display right.   How can I get the place to display right whether or not Compatibility View is checked on someone's browser.

We have provided the compatibility support only from  Internet Explorer-8 onwards. Please find the details below. 



The default document mode for IE-11 is 7,hence the controls were not rendered properly. Please check the above link in order to resolve the reported issue.
