RecurrenceEditor number of dates from recurrenceDateGenerator

Why does the recurrenceDateGenerator generate an arbitrary number of dates when the ending is set to "Never"?

For daily schemas there are 42 dates
For weekly schemas there are 6 per day, thus 42 for a week
For monthly schemas I get 1, 2 or 3 dates
For monthly schemas I get one date

Setting the number of occurences to an higher number does work, so the component is capable of outputting more.

Hi Wouter,

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

When Ends is set to Never for any Repeat options, end date is unpredictable and creating the recurrence rule will result in indefinite loop. Therefore, only we have approximately (42-44 days) limited the end date while creating the recurrence rule. We request you to explicitly add some Count value for the Repeat options where Ends is set to Never.

Regards,
Karthigeyan
