How to have fixed axis

Hello,

My issue is the following: my custom user control allows the user to select a dataset, and the positions of my axes keeps changing to accommodate the data (while I would like them to stay fixed no matter what). Is there an elegant way to have such a thing? Right now I can achieve it by disabling the ShowAxisNextToOrigin but it looks terrible.

Thank you.

Hi Jeremie,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion Support.

If we set ShowNextToOrigin as true, the axis line will move to origin position. Whenever the axis range change the origin position will be changed based on the range.  So that position of axis(origin) keeps changing. In order to make the axis line to be placed in a stable position, we require to false the ShowNextToOrigin. It makes the axis line to be stable in its initial position even though the axis range change.

Devi
