Unable to render grid properly in new version.

Hi,

I am generating rows dynamically in grid. There is a numeric text box which contains a numbers, based on that number grid generates rows. I found that it is not working in chrome and in some version of IE.

Please see the below



this is working in my local machine (IE see screen shot)




But it is not working in chrome but after resizing chrome it works well, and higher version of IE it is not working.
Please find the attached.

I have also observed that there is some issue with responsive UI. If you remove EnableResponseView property then sometime it works
