Don't hide tooltip when mouse is over.

  Hi, Im using Supertooltip and it is auto hide when mouse is moving over it. I want to prevent it and show it to user even when mouse is over the tooltip. 

  My tooltip has an html link and I want to let user click on it.  It is impossible with the default tooltip behaviour!

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.  

It is a standard behavior of ToolTip controls to be hidden, when mouse pointer hovers on it. So we have prepared work around by using PopupControlContainer. Could you please check with below solution and let us know if it helps?
