RTE Configuration

Is it possible to configure the rte like this example: http://fiddle.tinymce.com/71faab

I'm looking to customize the RTE with the following features:

  • autolink
  • charmap
  • pastetext
  • preview
  • visualblocks
  • visualchars
  • hr
And I want a contextmenu with the following options:
  • removeformat
  • pastetext
  • selectall
  • link
  • image
  • inserttable
