a sample with a button in cell to open a popup or a data entry page ?

Hello,

if it is easy for you 

1.  can you  provide a  code snippet how to interact with data entry in the sfCellGrid  , to open a data entry form and after saving to update the  contents of sfCellGrid ?

The sfCellGrid seems extremely useful and with good performance.

2.  a general question . When you mark a component as  in preview, what it means ? can we use it in production from now or to check only its behavior ? do you mean that we can use it but to expect breaking changes ? or more features ?

We have prepared a sample to achieve your requirement by loading the button into a cell to open a popup and load the data into the SfCellGrid using QueryCellInfo Event. SfCellGrid Control is marked as preview, because there will be further improvements (features, documentation, etc.) in this control based on the customers feedback. Preview mode will removed in our upcoming main release 2016 Vol 3.  You can use it in production as it is stable product and no huge breaking changes will occur.
