Thanks for using Syncfusion product. 

As of now we don’t have any direct support to select multiple appointment’s and move multiple appointment’s in schedule control. We have logged a feature request on this and this will be implement in any of our upcoming release. We appreciate your patience until then.

We usually have an interval of at least three months between releases. And the feature implementation would also greatly depend on the factors such as product design, code compatibility and complexity. So we will update you once we have implemented this feature.
