How to highlight an entire row of a TreeView Item when it is selected or mouseover

Hi,

     We have implemented the treeview with a template and angular js. By default when we hover over or select an item, it highlights only the area which has the text of the treeview item. So the questions are :
1 - How we can customize the treeview to highlight the entire row of the treeview item when we hover over or select an item. 
2 - How we can make the treeview to select the item when we click on anywhere in the highlighted row?

We have provided new API called “fullRowSelect” for this requirement. This property is used to enable/disable the full row selection support in TreeView control.
