PdfViewerControl crashes with Out Of Memory when trying to browse this big PDF

I attached the PDF file I tried to load into this control:

Syncfusion.Windows.PdfViewer.PdfViewerControl

 C:\Program Files (x86)\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\14.1.0.41\Assemblies\4.6\Syncfusion.PdfViewer.WPF.dll

When I try to scroll down several pages it eats up 1G of memory and crashes.
