We are unable to reproduce the reported installation issue at our end. We are able to install the Metro Studio v4.0.1.1 setup successfully.
We suspect that reported issue occurred due to previous setup uninstallation was not done properly. So, please follow the
Windows Clean up steps suggested in the following KB article link and uninstall the previously installed Metro Studio.
https://www.syncfusion.com/kb/5119 After uninstalling the previously installed Metro studio, please install the version v4.0.1.1 of Metro studio again.
If you still face the same issue, please share us the below mentioned details which will help us to investigate the reported installation issue further.
1. OS language detail.
2. OS bit information.
3. MetroStudio.log file. You can find the MetroStudio.log file from temp location( Start ->Run->%temp%->OK).
