Monitor Progres of RenderAsIamges

Is there a way to retrieve the progress of the RenderAsImages Method? I would like to update a progress bar with the progress so the user is aware that the task is working.

Thanks.  I see that there is just an animated gif displaying while processing.  I was hoping to retrive an actual percentage to change a progress bar, but if that isn't available, the animated gif will work.
