Size of columns after Zoom

I attached two images on which you can see what happens with size of columns after I change zoom. Grid was first loaded and all text fit in columns and all text is visible. After zoom all text is not visible, it is "eaten" by new column size,

Is that normal behavior?

Is there a property somewhere which I can set so when I change zoom on grid to automatically autosize cols to fit content.
