Query:” Firstly, there is a malfunction in the Rich Text Editor. when we try to open it with the explorer (any version). It is ha bit difficult to ferret out the problem because there are no errors in the log; we have enclosed the clip and the picture which describes the current problem. We are wondering that whether there are similar malfunctions found in the Rich Text Editor while using the Explorer”
We regret to let you know that we missed to inform that the reported issue have been fixed internally in our latest release in previous update for the RTE issue with IE browser. So could you please update to our latest version of volume 4, 2016.
