Problem with RichTextEditor and other features

Hello Syncfusion, 

We are currently using your javascript-license 
and found two major problems while developing our service. 


Firstly, there is a malfunction in the Rich Text Editor 
when we try to open it with the explorer (any version). 
It is a bit difficult to ferret out the problem because there are no errors in the log;
we have enclosed the clip and the picture which describes the current problem.
We are wondering that whether there are similar malfunctions found in the Rich Text Editor 
while using the Explorer. 
 

Secondly, we are wondering if there is an movie-streaming components in the Javascript license. 
If not, are there any streaming related components the syncfusion provides? 
Please let us know if there is any. 

 
We are deeply sorry that we can only show you the pictures of the error. 
If further information is needed to check the error we will address our senior developers about this issue, 
but let us know if there was any similar errors like this happened in the Explorer.

We are unable to reproduce your issue in the current version(13.4.0.53). Please share us your version details so that it would help us to serve you better.
Query “any streaming related components

We regret to let you know that we missed to inform that the reported issue have been fixed internally in our latest release in previous update for the RTE issue with IE browser. So could you please update to our latest version of volume 4, 2016.
