We are unable to understand this query clearly. Do you mean that the error occurs in the Contact us page or in the dialog component? 

The pictures that you have provided is not visible. So please send the pictures in jpeg format. If you could provide more information on this issue, it would help us to investigate further and provide a solution to you.

We are still unable to view the attached images. Is any error thrown while closing the Dialog at your end? We have attached a sample to showcase the Dialog component in the following location, kindly check it.
