At present we do not support “Bookmark navigation in PDF Viewer for WinRT”. We have logged this as a feature request in our database.

However we have created a workaround for “Bookmark navigation in PDF Viewer for WinRT”. Using this sample we can navigate to the destination page by clicking on any of the retrieved bookmarks in the list view. Please find the workaround sample in the following link:
