Hi,

 I use your sfreportviwer and when i try to export report with more images and data  report is not exported.  For ReportServiceURL  i use: this.ReportViewer.ReportServiceURL = @"http://ssrs.syncfusion.com/ReportingService/ReportingService.svc";

Dear,

I have a big problem with the control which I bought from you.
I was writing yesterday, that i have problem with the reportviewer when i try to export report with more images and data report is not exported. 
If you have some explanation for me please write me because i should finish my job till today.
Yesterday when i was export my reports i have one design for the reports and this morning another.
I have feeling that you have a problem with the service, For ReportServiceURL  i use: this.ReportViewer.ReportServiceURL = @"http://ssrs.syncfusion.com/ReportingService/ReportingService.svc";
I don't know what is the problem,i bought from you this control and i am not expected that this will happen.
Can you please tell me what is your plan and how can i fix this problem

Hi Goran,

Thanks for contacting Syncfusion support.

We have prepared a sample with 400 images data to view and export the report using our ssrs Reporting service and it works fine at our end. Please find the below sample for the reference.

Could you please share the number of records used in your report and its design details with us?, it will be helpful for us to provide a solution at the earliest.

Hi,

I share my reports, this are three  rdlc reports  which should to generate the tablet. 

But  in Thursday when i  was export my reports i have one design for the reports and this Friday another. 
I send generated  report  this Thursday and in Friday generated with the same template.
Did you make any changes at the services because the report aren't generated same as in Thursday.
I don't know what is the problem.

Yes. We have updated our ReportingService with latest essential studio version(13.3.0.7) assemblies.
But  in Thursday when i  was export my reports i have one design for the reports and this Friday another.
I send generated  report  this Thursday and in Friday generated with the same template
We were able to reproduce the problem and have logged defect report regarding this. A support incident to track the status of this defect has been created under your account. Please log on to our support website to check for further updates.

We need this to be fixed ASAP, because we need to be able to export the reports with our design.

Hi Vladimir,

We were able to reproduce the problem and have logged defect report regarding this. The fix for this issue will be included in our vol 4, 2015 release which is scheduled in December. As per our support guidelines; through forums widely we offer only limited and basic assistance. Hence we are requesting you to create an incident through Direct trac. If you face any issues availing support through Direct Trac, please contact salessupport@syncfusion.com for further assistance.
