When I use the URL for our OData service in the datasource for a grid, it sends an OPTIONS request instead of a GET.  This fails, as the service doesn't allow OPTIONS requests.  Why is this being sent?  Is there something I can do to keep it from sending the OPTIONS pre-flight?

Hi David,

Thanks for using Syncfusion products.

Could you please send us the following information so that we could sort out the cause of the issue and provide you a response as early as possible?

  • Grid view page code snippets and OData service code snippets
  • Details of the request sent to OData Service from Grid.
  • If possible, please replicate the issue in the above sample and send us back.
