Issue with Slow Drag from SymbolPalette to Diagram

I have an issue where the speed of the drag affects if the node gets dropped onto the diagram or not.  When quickly dragging the nodes from symbolpalette to diagram, the node is responsive and drops successfully.  When slowly dragging, the event never gets picked up and releasing the mouse button the node will disappear.  Are you guys seeing this on your side?

Thanks.

Ok, found something else out.  Setting the PreviewOffset for the SymbolPalette causes this.  If you have the PreviewOffset selection within the boundaries of the nodes width/height, it will cause this.  If you drag fast enough the mouse cursor leaves the boundaries, capturing the node for the diagram.  If you have the PreviewOffset at 0,0 or somewhere outside, it defaults to outside the right corner of the node.
