Thanks for using Syncfusion products.
The
FrozenNotSupportedException will show when we have enabled one of the following features with Frozen columns and rows.
1. Grouping
2. Details template
3. Row template
4. Batch editing
5. Virtual scrolling
The Essential ASP.Net Grid don’t have support to use the frozen columns/row feature along with the above mentioned features and so please disable the above features to make the grid work.
