Essential Studio Setup doesn't seem to work

Hi, just tried to install Essential Studio, but it's just there not passing the preparing to install phase.
I'm trying version 13.1.0.21 on Windows 8.1. I have both Visual studio 2013 and 2015 CTP6 installed.
Did you get similar problems?

Is there a way to download only the assemblies.
I don't see the point of a full installation anyways.

Hi Jon,

The known issue with preparing to install is supposed to be resolved in the latest build (version 13.1), so I am not sure why you are still seeing this problem. The development team will review this and get back to you with more details. 

I will post a link to a ZIP archive with just the assemblies in an incident under your account.

Sorry guys, but I think you under delivered. I saw that you have an assembly called Syncfusion.WebKitHtmlConverter.Base but I am unable to find it anywhere. And the default HTMLConverter does not work when in an asp.net app.
What's going on here? What am I missing?

Hi Jon,

 

The Syncfusion.WebKitHtmlConverter.Base assembly is not a part of Essential Studio set up. You need to install the WebKit HTML Converter installer which is available in the below mentioned locations,

Once after the completion of WebKit installer, you will find an assembly (Syncfusion.WebKitHtmlConverter.Base) in the below mentioned folder location with specific to the frameworks.

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Syncfusion\WebKitHTMLConverter\13.1.0.21\Assemblies\<Framework>
