Can't Scroll records in Syncfusion grid .

Hi ,

 

We were using Syncfusion 10.2.0.56 in our project and we were able to scroll records in Grid control using Up and Down arrow keys . Then we migrated  to Syncfusion 12. 1.0.43 and now scrolling records using key board is not working properly. In some Grids Up arrow key doesn't work, it would scroll to just one record up and then stop scrolling . And in some other Grids , Down key doesn't work, it would scroll records to one record down and then stop scrolling. I have checked that code is same before and after migration.

 

Please advise if syncfusion new version is causing the issue.

We have analyzed your reported scenario. We regret to let you know that we couldn’t able to reproduce reported issue at our end. Please refer the below provided video for reference. In this video, we have tested the grid control with around 50000 records. Could you please share us a video or the sample(any grid setting that you have used in your application) replicating this issue with a step by step replication procedure. So, that it would be easy for us to provide a prompt solution as early as possible.
