Windows phone and windows phone store

Hi all,

I have a question. Do all the applications available for the Windows Phone platform go through the Windows Phone store and monitored by Microsoft? I don't possess a Windows Phone and none of my friends do, so I wanted to make sure whether all applications go through the Windows Phone store. Thank you very much :)

The application which is created using our Syncfusion controls can be added to WindowPhone Store and also we have attached our Syncfusion sample browser link which can be downloaded from Windows Phone store. Please refer the below link.
