Your requirement on “live updates, providing synchronous data update in real time. When some user makes a change, it becomes visible to all others immediately” can be achieved with our “SignalR support”. For example, running the schedule sample in multiple machine/ users and if you add/create the appointment in the schedule control from one machine, it will reflect in all other machines.
We have prepared a sample to achieve this requirement which can be downloaded from the following location.

If your requirement “ live updates” is different from the above mentioned scenario, kindly revert back to us with more information like “What do you mean by live update, and how do you expect the live update in schedule control”, which will be more helpful for us to analyze your requirement and provide you prompt solution.
Note: We have created the above sample as a MVC application to implement the “SignalR” concept and also the changes will be reflected whenever we perform “Add, Edit, Delete the appointment”.
