Deleting items on a Hierarchical Grid

Hi,
I just noticed a problem when I try to delete a row on a level that has an expanded subgrid.
It seems that if I delete row, the row disappears, but  teh subgrid remains in place, and if there are multiple rows expanded the problem is more evident because if I collapse one of the remaining rows, the orphaned expanded grids no more disappear.
