Image, Link or Video Add Problem

Hello,

While using RTE , if some one wants to add an Image , link or a video to the content, if browser is IE then we get a JScript error. But we do not get any error while testing with Chrome. 

Do you have any solution for this?

And the other issue, while adding an image, is it possible to open a window to show the images in a specific folder of the application and selection will pass the path value to the required field?

The standard selection with manual typing the path of the image is not a good solution.
