The reported exception with “Syncfusion.Windows.Forms.Tools.XPMenus.XPMenusProvider” may be
occurred for following scenarios,

If the project is created under older version and
migrated with later version.
·
If the project is migrated from different versions of
framework i.e. 2.0 to 4.0(for example)
