Hi all,

I try to use print function of Schedule. But If I click to print button, my page will go to blank. I need to refresh page to continue using. http://mvc.syncfusion.com/demos/ui/schedule/ImportExportPrint/Print. So, I want to keep current state of my page after click to print button. Could anyone help me with this problem ?

Thanks for using Syncfusion products.

We suspect that the issue may arise due to the blocking of “browser pop-ups” in the browser settings. Therefore, we request you to check the browser settings, whether the “browser popup’s” are allowed or blocked.

Please find refer the following blog link to enable the browser pop-ups.

Thanks for your reply! But my problem is that my page will go to blank after clicking print button. Could you see before and after print image in attachment file ? I want before and after printing are the same.

Thanks for your update.

We are able to reproduce the reported issue in our end and we have logged a defect report for this and the fix for this will be included in our upcoming main release volume 1, 2015.
