Thank you for using Syncfusion products,

 

This reported requirement can be achieved by using ToolStripControlHost. Please have the following code snippet to achieve this requirement.

 

Code Snippet[C#]:

 

this.toolStripEx1.Items.Add(new ToolStripControlHost(this.xpToolBar1));
