DocToPdf converter JPG image missing

Hi All,
I am trying to

• Add two "JPG" images in word document,
• Convert to PDF
• Save as docx and pdf files.

Both images are rendered in the new word document. But only one image is rendered in the new converted PDF.

After opening the missing image in Microsoft paint and save it again in the same name. The converted PDF is working correctly (ie.,) both images are rendered properly.
