Datavalidation using SfInput

I want to validate data in textboxes. SfInput apparently has such feature, but I am not aware of documentation about SFInput Control in general, nor could I find some example code on how to use the validation methods.

We currently do not provide support for validating data in windows phone SfInput controls. We have considered your requirement as feature and it will be available in any of our upcoming release. We request you to visit our website periodically for updates regarding releases.
