Cannot get/set values with Syncfusion Grid contol using UFT 11

Getting "Unspecified Error" from UFT while setting (or) getting a value from Syncfusion Grid. When spyed/Highlighted the Syncfusion grid through Qtp the Syncfusion grid is getting recognized/Highlighted, but we are not able to perform any opertaions like Set/Get on the Grid during run time. I have also tried with latest Syncfusion Essential Qtp version 12.2.0.36 with .Net 4.5 but still see the same issue.  Below is the version details.
 
UFT Version :11
Visual Studio : 2013
.Net Version : 4.5
Syncfusion Essential Studio : 11.3.0.30
Syncfusion Essential Qtp : 11.3.0.30 with .Net 4.5
 
Please help me on this.

Sorry for the delay. To resolve your issue, please refer the below forum (this works for .net frame work 4.0 and above).

If still the issue is not resolved. Please let us know the exact version of QTP. Are you using QTP 11.0 or UFT 11.50?

I followed the link, but still same issue. 
I am using QTP 11.0 and .Net version is 4.5.  Please provide me the solution.

Hi Elaiyaraja,

Thank you for your update.

We couldn’t able to reproduce this issue. Please ensure the following things in your QTP machine.

1.       Check whether you have configured the swfconfig file. Please refer the following for reference.

2.       Ensure GAC contains all the Syncfusion dlls.

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL

3.       Ensure the application build is also .NET frame work 4.5
