Problems with TileLayout control

Hello,

I have some problems with TileLayout control.

How I can to define location of layotGroup control? 

When I try to change in designer. Still value: 100, 125. In run time same result.

How I can change size  of layotGroup control? 

Also impossible to change these definitions?

If I try to add panel to the forma and after that TileLayout, I got stack overflow.

I need user form that have special area of TileLayout.
