I saw in this previous post that top and bottom (duplicated) grid paging was slated as a future release. Has this been implemented yet? If not, given the amount of time that's passed since the initial announcement, is there a timetable for its release?

We are not implemented this feature yet and we will
implementthis feature in our upcoming releases. We will update you when
this feature has been implemented.
