RibbonWindow : Remove "Show Below The Ribbon" and "Minimize Ribbon"

I'm using RibbonWindow control of Syncfuison.

How do I remove "Show Below The Ribbon" and "Minimize Ribbon" from "Customize Quick Access Toolbar" menu item?

We have analyzed your requirement. Currently we don't have support to remove the MenuItems from "Customize Quick Access Toolbar". We 

have considered this as a feature request and we will implement this in our upcoming releases. We kindly request you to visit our
