DocIO open file .doc in isolatedstorage

Hello,

i have a file .doc into isolated storage on my device Windows phone 8.

It is possibile open this file for read in my app with  DocIO?

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion products.

 

Currently DocIO doesn’t have support for document viewer in windows phone platform. We have logged this as a feature request in our database. We will implement this feature in any of our upcoming releases. We usually have an interval of at least three months between releases. The feature implementation would also greatly depend on the factors such as product design, code compatibility and complexity. We will update you when this feature has been implemented.

Thank you for your update.

 

We are glad to inform you that, we have implemented SfRichTextBoxAdv control in WP8 in our 2014 volume 4 release which could be used as Word document viewer/editor in WP8. You can get the sample for this form the Syncfusion dashboard of volume 4, 2014. You can download our volume 4 release 12.4.0.24 from below link.
