Hi Edvin,

We have logged this (Intellisense support for JS and MVC components) as a feature request in our database. We will implement this feature in any of our upcoming releases. We usually have an interval of at least three months between releases. The feature implementation would also greatly depend on the factors such as product design, code compatibility and complexity. We will update this thread once this feature has been implemented.

Thanks,
Harikrishnan P

Hi Edvin,

Currently it is not implemented. We have planned to consider this feature for our upcoming main release vol-3 2015, which is expected to be roll out at the end of September.

Please let us know if you have further queries.

Hi Edvin,

Essential studio Volume 3, 2015 is rolled out, but the reported feature (Visual Studio Intellisense integration for JavaScript) is not included in this volume release due to some other high priority task. We will consider this feature implementation in our upcoming release with high priority. A support incident to track the status of this feature has been created under your account. Please log on to our support website to check for further updates.

Hi Jair,

Thank you for contacting Syncfusion support.

We have checked your query and we would like to suggest you to place the ej.web.all.min.intellisense.js file in the folder where ej.web.all.min.js is placed. After placing the file, intellisense works fine in visual studio.  And we have only first level of intellisense for our widgets (e.g.: ejAccordion, ejGrid etc). And also we have already working on the feature “Intellisense for properties and methods in Essential studio JavaScript controls”, which will be available in any of our upcoming release.
Please refer to the below screenshot for first level of intellisense.

You can get intellisense file ej.web.all.min.intellisense.js from below Essential Studio build installed location.

Location: (Installed Location)\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\15.3.0.33\JavaScript\assets\scripts\web

Please revert us back if you need any assistance on this.

Regards,
Mohankumar R
