Trial version Syncfusion

Hi,
I'm testing trial version Syncfusion controls (12.1.0.43) for ASP.NET MVC.
I have downloaded and installed your extension to Visual Studio 2013.
Next, I have created new Syncfusion ASP.NET MVC Application (MVC5 and Framework 4.5.1) and tried implemented TreeView control (http://mvc.syncfusion.com/demos/web/TreeView/Default).
When I run my application, TreeView control doesn’t work - is it normal in trial version of your product? Or, if it is problem in my project, maybe you have any working example MVC5 project with TreeView.
It is very important for me, because I need tested a few controls from your product before I buy it.

Thanks

Hi Pawel,

Thanks for using Syncfusion Products.

Query: When I run my application, TreeView control doesn’t work - is it normal in trial version of your product?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We suspect that, this issue “Treeview control doesn’t work” might have occurred because the value of “UnobstrusiveJavascriptEnabled” is set as “true” in the web.config file. If ‘UnobtrusiveJavaScriptEnabled’ value is set to “true” controls will not render properly and this issue is known issue in our 12.1.0.43 release, now we have fixed this issue in our latest service pack release of ASP.NET MVC 12.1.0.49 and it can be download under the following link:

http://www.syncfusion.com/downloads/mvc-service-packs

And also, we have prepared a simple sample with “Treeview Component” and you can find the sample in the below location:

Treeview Sample

If still you face any problem, please get back to us we will be happy to serve you.

Regards,

Kasithangam
