Problems setting up UploadBox

Hello all,

Environment: VS2013, .net 4.5, asp.net mvc (classic) controls, asp.net one solution (asp.net mvc + asp.net), version: 12.1450.0.43

I have setup an UploadBox as per documentation steps, however after I click Browse and select a file a get "undefined" as file name. Also the "completed" icon and "delete" icon are not visible.

Can you please help me with this?

The reported issue with Uploadbox control that displays “undefined” file name is a known issue and the fix for this issue is available in trunk. In order to get patch for the fix, please create a DirectTrac incident reporting this issue so that we could provide you patch.
