Need to add padding to BackStage Button

I would like to use a longer sting than 'File' for my BackStage Header and when I do, the button does not provide enough padding or margin around the string to look good. How can I change this?

Hi Paul,

We have analyzed your requirement and we are unable to change the size of the BackStageButton in our current implementation.
We have logged this as a feature, it will be included in any of our upcoming releases.
