What controls to create attached sample

Hi I'm back with a question ;)

I want to create a form that looks like the attached image. I think I can use the TabControlAdv for that but I'm not sure.
Can you tell me which control I should use? I mean the list of options to the left that activates/opens panel with other controls on the right.
