How to display a particular country or city, the data source how to do。

With VS2012+MVC4,  language: c#,  the control's version is 12.1400.0.43

 How to define ContinentMap. The inside of the json data, or with a tool to generate, if I want to show the map of New York, what should I do

We are maintaining all the shape data in json file. GeoJson data for newyork city is available in below location.
