Html to PDF issues

I'm generating a PDF off a page with a lot of dynamic content.  

• .       To repeat Table headers on I am using <thead> and <th> tags in the HTML, but that does not affect into PDF
• .       Also page-break-inside: avoid is not working for my page
• .       Facing some blank page insertion issue into PDF
