There is a winRT service pack dated 11/19/2013. If I run the winRT installer, it seems to overwrite the existing version (11.3.0.30), and then all the existing platform is not available, as noted in the syncfusion Dashboard.
What is the proper way to install the winRT service pack?
Hi Benson,
We regret for the inconvenience caused.
We have checked the reported issue by installed our Essential Studio setup v11.3.0.30 in a machine followed by installed Essential Studio for WinRT(XAML) setup v11.3.0.33. We are unable to reproduce the reported issue at our end. We suspect that you might have checked the other platforms in Dashboard v11.3.0.33. Since v11.3.0.33 is purely for WinRT(XAML), it does not contain other platforms(WPF, Windows Forms,.. etc)
We would like to inform you that our latest Essential Studio version is 11.3.0.30. and Essential Studio for WinRT(XAML) Service Pack setup version is 11.3.0.33. So, the dashboard location for Essential Studio and Essential Studio for WinRT(XAML) Service Pack version is different. Please find below the dashboard locations of Essential Studio latest version(11.3.0.30) and Essential Studio for WinRT(XAML) Service Pack version(11.3.0.33).
{ProgramFiles Folder}\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\{Version}\Infrastructure\Dashboard\{Framework}\
Essential Studio: C:\Program Files (x86)\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\11.3.0.30\Infrastructure\Dashboard\4.0\
Essential Studio for WinRT(XAML) Service Pack: C:\Program Files (x86)\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\11.3.0.33\Infrastructure\Dashboard\4.0\
So, kindly open the respective version dashboard from the above mentioned location and check.
Let us know if this helps you.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance on this.

Make sense. I was jus clicking the dashboard on the desktop, so it only works one way or the other.
Thanks.
