get node and connector collection on diagram

For a given instance of diagram, I would like to get all Nodes and Connectors currently placed on it. How can I get that? Is there a property or a method associated which I can invoke from the diagram to get collection of?

Hi,

 

Property named “Nodes” and “Connections” under diagram model will contain entire node and connections in diagram control. In addition Nodes collection will have both nodes and group collection, you can get nodes alone by checking type.
