Get the Rows of SFGrid

Dears ,

First kindly note that you online documentation is not including the sfGrid documentation , it is very hard and frustrating to deal with a rich controls like grids based only on few samples

and I want to access the rows of my grid , basically to make an alternative color for some rows and to add context menu to them , how to achieve this

We would like to inform you that the documentation for SfDataGrid Wpf will be available within two weeks. Until then, we request you to refer  SfDataGrid WinRT documentation to get knowledge about “SfDataGrid” control.

Query 2:

 

The alternate row style can be applied by using RowStyleSelector and overrides the SelectStyle method. We have prepared a sample based on this and please check the sample under following location,

We already have a sample for Context menu .Please refer the following  Dashboard location to find the Context menu sample.

Dashboard  --- > Essential Studio Version X.X.X.X ---> UsefInterface ---> WPF ---> FastDataGrid ---> ContextMenu.

The requirement for “Adding context menu using ContextMenuService” is present in Microsoft Phone Toolkit. We have created a simple sample to meet your requirements. Please download the sample from the following link.

For the requirement alternate row colour: We have logged a feature request which will be implemented in any of our upcoming releases.
