Fill In The Center Of A Polar Chart

Question

I have a Polar Chart and want to fill in a circle (with a dynamic radius via binding) centered on the chart. I tried using the EllipseAnnotation, but that does not appear to work with Axis coordinates. An example screen capture is attached.
