PageView wraps everything in a table

Is there any way to prevent the PageView control from wrapping its content it a table?

Some of the tables that PageView is generating to encapsulate its contents have height and width set to 1px. This ends up constricting its contents so that divs that are supposed to render side-by-side instead render vertically.
