Merge RowsInColumn

Question

Hi,
 
I have a requirement in the syncfusion grid grouping control where I have to merge the names of employees ("John", "Alice", "Mark") who belong to the same region "Asia"
In this case:
"Asia " is one of the cell of column header "Region". And another column header "Name" who has these 3 employee names is to be merged. 
Please advice the approach to accomplish this.Merge_Rows_49d046f8.zip
